relieved !
Finally..... I've ended this tough & challenging presentation in front of the crowd. Phew... it's all over! Yippie! But, still have few more assignments to rush before it enters the final week - which is next week! God Bless Me! Well... after few weeks of struggle. We finally made it. We managed to run the presentation so smoothly. 3 groups in a consortium which is in charge to manage the hole flow of the 2 hours' lecture. Despite the not-so-smooth rehearsal on Saturday, it never beat us down. Thanks to everyone who have contributed. And.. sad to say.. during the process.. of course there were unhappy ones. Especially we have come to see a lot of different people with different attitudes. That is where we can learn and experience before we enter into real workforce and work in teams. Well.. but somehow I was a bit angry earlier. Not bcoz of this presentation thingy. But I simply don't like and don't have much preferences when I meet with someone who is so stingy, selfish and self-centred at times. Perhaps this he/she was thinking had done something that was considered a small contribution but that doesn't mean it is well-done. What I mean here.. He/She may think he/she had done something great because of a little contribution. And as for the others, will leave to other people to play their parts. A person who loves to obviously prove that he/she had played his/her part and eventually think that it is something proud of/complimented of. I don't think so... I do really despise such attitude. It spoilt my mood too! However, just wanna say.. there are all sorts of people in this world~ For me, sometimes generosity comes from the hearts. Not from purely contributing and does not emphasize it in their minds.. |

Biz Nite 08/09
It’s really a week full of happenings for me again. I was so busy with test and presentation yesterday morning.. Rushing here and there.. And rehearsal in the afternoon. I thought I could not hang on anymore. Because at night, I will be attending Biz Nite 08/09. Wow!! Eventful day.. Even though Saturday should be a relaxing one. Thou, I was so glad and happy that only until final year I’m able to attend Biz Nite for the first and last time. However, my roommates did not attend due to some financial reason. Therefore, I joined along my other coursemates for the night. We were able to snap lots of photos and plus some -shok sendiri- photos, too! NICE~~~ Because of this, I was unable to join in the Earth Hour. How I wished I could be involved. However, it's alrite.
These are the photos..
Tomorrow will be having another presentation again!.. Scary.. this time I have to talk in front of a large crowd in lecture hall.. Only me and another Indian will represent our group to present a business proposal. Hopefully, everything runs REAL smooth tomorrow. Till then...... |

a story
How would you react? One day......... X: You look quite ugly leh. Especially with this kind of hairstyle. Y: Really? Sigh. No choice. What's done cant be undone. After a few days....... X: I really cant bear with your weird hairdo. You really look ugly la. Y: What can I do?? *mumbling inside- sad, please, give me some face* Several days passed.... They meet again......... X: I really think that you look so dull, plain and unattractive la... Y: This lady can't bear anymore. She just kept to herself.. She's down. With the hope, she could transform to a beautiful lady one day. This is a story which I heard it from a friend. I found it so saddening. I really feel sad for the girl -Y. What can she do? We can't blame her for anything. Looks are inborn. We can't even directly commented on a person's look. We should be respectful. |

moods
The reason for uploading such photo depicts my motive of writing something. The sky can change its colours according to time. And so are humans.Humans are such incredible creatures on earth apart from other living things namely the flora & fauna. Here comes my question: WHY DO SOME HUMANS LOVE TO CHANGE THEIR MOODS SO RAPIDLY? I do not really comprehend such attitude. When someone looks so charming externally and has a good heart, but with its IMPATIENT personality or ever-changing mood, will it deter you from getting close to him/her? If he/she is a person that is your close peer, would you think it's something so irritating? Somehow, I do understand that humans have feelings. We cannot simply judge them based on their ever-changing mood. I'm just sharing something which I think that is so common in our everyday life. Perhaps, being considerate to others will better comfort us from hating them. |

colourful...
Yesterday night we went to PJ SS2 Wong Kok for a short gathering a.k.a reunion for NST-ASCI committee members 07/08. So nice to be able to hang out together again, which is the final one before I graduate. It made me to recall the beautiful memories when we spent most of the time together working towards the same goal – a smooth Scrabble tournament. I was the leader for the second batch. And now, it almost passes on to the fourth batch. How time flies! This evening, we had a short 3-hours study trip to a nearby television station. The local and oldest, RTM. So glad to be there, learning news things as well as to grab some on-hand experience. FYI, the purpose of this trip is because we are taking Integrated Marketing Communications this semester. The lecturer wanted us to be exposed to how a television station runs in their daily tasks. So, we had the experience to see their stage, how their radio station operates and other facilities that they depend on everyday. It was a superb trip. We the business gals were so excited and snapped lots of photos. I loved the scenery surrounding RTM! |

the KOREANS
Wanted to write bout this cute Korean guy weeks ago.. since the first day he attended the same class with me.Basically, there are 2 Koreans. He and his friend, both from Korean Hallym University enter University of Malaya based on the students' exchange programme. They look cute! Wish to get to know more about them but they're simply too far away from our seats in class. Thus, no chance to chat with them at all. However, maybe it's predestined. Finally, I got to chat a little bit with one of them today! His name is HanDong Rue. Due to the assignment thingy, we managed to interact a bit as well as to ask each other some questions. Actually, they are facing a big barrier everytime they attend class. Of course, language used is English. But, they are having difficulty in interpreting and comprehending every sentence whenever the lecturer speaks and also, when we communicate with them. Whenever there is this chance, they would stay back after class for a short while just to ask the lecturer for which they find it tough to understand some of the parts. I embraced and admired their courage to adapt to such an environment. Some Koreans are not that fluent in English speaking too, fyi. Therefore, I'd be very willing to help them if they need any. HanDong gave each of our group members a namecard. He specially printed it which contains his personality, the friendliness and also his contact number. It's awesome! I'm wondering. Why some of the classmates don't really like to talk to him? Perhaps they find it troublesome, with the extra need of speaking words by words and the additional attention paid to them because them have quite a lot of queries. I don't find it cumbersome at all. That's strange. To me, I always think that if the foreign students need any help.. we as the local representatives, must be able to assist them. That is how we show respects and care for them as they are so far away from home. Fyi, I'm going to lose my voice very soon. Sigh.. Presentation and test are at this Saturday and another presentation in the coming Monday. |

GO AWAY!
These are the weeks that create havoc in Uni students' lives.Read many of my friends' blogs.. A lot complained about the hectic lives they are facing.. Severely causing them to lose the word - FREEDOM. So do I.. But right now.. apart from being submerged by assignments, events etc. I'm down with serious flu.. I never had such a critical one before. Just imagine, the water keep running down from the nostrils.. Thus making me so busy with the hands grabbing the tissue and wiping them off AND at the same time, needing to press on the laptop, typing and completing my assignments. i'm running out of tissue very soon! How I wish I'm off from this bacteria! As the coming week is full of things to do.. Between busy-ness & sickness.. I choose to be BUSY. |

yesterday..
Yesterday was nice!We went and sang K’ at Red Box, Plaza Lowyat. With few juniors and seniors as well. Surprisingly, we started at 3pm and ended at 9pm! That was the first K’ marathon I’ve ever had.. Phew~ But I really managed to release some stress.. although most of the times, I was sitting there and enjoying the songs.. Haha.. Before enjoying the photos taken in Red Box, I wanna share a story with you. We took a taxi from UM. But the taxi driver had earlier told us that he will charge an additional RM2 as it was lunchtime, and the area was claimed to be very congested. And, so we agreed to him. Thinking he was quite honest at first. During the journey, he drove into another road which in turns making a large round into highway that was so unfamiliar from where we used to see. Into tunnel and things like that. Which we believed he surely had tricked us! We realized it even better when he once asked us where we are from. All of us either from the south or north. No one is from KL. That proved to him even clearer that he guessed we’re not locals. We do not know the ways. When we have almost reached, we decided to dare him of his untrustworthy attitude. We exclaimed that our friends taking another taxi had reached far earlier than us. Furthermore, we said they had taken the short route and no idea why did he drove such a big circle to reach times square. He kept standing firm on his feet, saying the road was jam and surely will take much of our time to reach a place. And kept saying, mana pun jam.. *gosh* Finally we had reached. The metre shown it was RM15.30. Yeap, plus a RM2, total would be RM17.30. But he said he charged RM18.30! An additional RM1 because 4 person in the vehicle. It is obvious, he was really trying to charge us more! But our boy friend sitting at the front gave him RM17. He insisted that the driver to accept the money because we’re right in doing so. Driver did not let it off. He kept insisting that we should pay RM18. In the end, our boy friend stepped out from the taxi and asked us to enter the mall, ignoring the driver. Under the circumstances, me and mingLi was fearing that the driver would chase us and ask for money. Eventually, both of us ran so fast to get away from the scene. However, xiaorong and the guy were so calm and steady. Really aweful.. especially when we found out our friends in another taxi only need to pay RM8 something to reach the same place!!! At 9 something, we were so alert when we choose the right taxi. We wish to avoid being cheated. When we reached UM, the total is just RM9.70.And he did not charge us additional for 4 person in a car. Malaysia… such an uncivilized country.. *sigh* |

how come?
What does ADMIRATION means? What is LIKINGS? How does these both differ from one another? Simple words, yet so tough to comprehend.. Don't let these conquer, suppress the original feelings and place where I supposed to be... |

thoughts of the day-
Three days at home..I just wanna use one word to describe my feelings - MARVELLOUS! Our whole family went out for dinner two days consecutively. Dad would try to knock off earlier than he used to be. Granny cooked nice meals for me. Mum always peep into our room, wanting to enter and have girls' talk. I truly enjoyed the times spent together. I love them. I cherish it very much. Although I just came back yesterday, but I feel like heading home again this weekend. I begin to miss them.. The grand essentials of happiness are: something to do, something to love, and something to hope for. Allan K. Chalmers |

Finally.. I'm back in Kluang..Gonna utilize this time to update my blog..~ I will start from the most recent.. 12th March 2009 Happy Birthday to JooTin!!! I know I’m a bit late in my blog. But, I wasn’t late in sms-ing you my best wishes.. Hope you really had a nice celebration! Very weird thou.. coz jt fon me in the afternoon and chatted for some while. *should be me calling her to wish her h.birthday* Then, when I was in the bus almost reaching Kluang, we chatted again in the phone too. JT! I regretted for not telling you I'm back in Kluang.. *sob* 11th March 2009 Wow.. This is the date that marks the end of guardian Paddington bear redemption. And, that was the day when I asked my sis for help, to help me to redeem this lil’ cute bear.. The one I love so much.. And here it is.. the bear with the yellow raincoat!! At night, I joined along my friends for the UM’s varsity Christian fellowship (PKVUM) event at KPS. They had a short but interesting stage drama called Fragments, as a way for celebrating Easter Day at the same time. True to say, I simply love the way they produce such a nice and meaningful drama, a way to inspire us, to remind us the significance of love, care and relationship on earth. The word ‘fragments’ was the broken pieces of a gal’s memory. She was hurt and lying unconsciously and during her long sleep, there is this ‘conscience’ who had helped her to gain her memories and struggled to wake her up. All through the way that ‘conscience’ who had stayed by her side, she managed to fix up all the puzzles and regained her consciousness. The drama needed us to gear our brain and figured out what the hidden meaning was. Overall, I enjoyed the story that shaped my thoughts. The short article about “Fragments” appeared in The Star newspaper last Friday. 10 March 2009 Sis and parents went to Jaybee for the prize giving ceremony, as she scored string of A’s in her STPM. Was really glad and happy for her. She deserved the award! The news broke out early last Friday. When she received a phone call from her teacher regarding the results. And at the same time, wanting her to prepare to go to Jaybee for the prize giving ceremony. That was and is a real GOOD news for our family. Thank God for blessing us. 8th March 2009 I bought Changeling’s dvd and watched it with Raymond during that weekend. I really wanna say it out aloud “It is a marvelous movie!” I simply love true story drama or movies. I love to watch and learn about morale values and how humans lead their lives under different circumstances. 7th March 2009 It was MPA II. We had a blasting event and sumptuous college dinner at this 5-star hotel, Crowne Plaza Mutiara. The dinner marked the endings of all the activities and events in First Residential College. And sad to say, it is also the last event in my campus life. Quite sad whenever I think of this. Really can’t bear to part with this lovely hostel, adorable friends and colourful Uni life. I was really overjoyed especially when I managed to capture lots of nice photos with my hostel-mates. These photos are meant for remembrance.. as I will never have the chance to attend such function anymore, unless I’m invited to. =) 4th March 2009 MPA I was held in our own residential college. This is the part one of the event. There are 2 parts of this event because there are really a lot of prizes and awards to recognize and present to the students who had done a lot for the hostel. This is a way to show gratitude to them. I didn’t took much photos.. and I haven’t collected all of ‘em from friends. This is the only one I have so far.. |
