CNY'09
At last.. I have the opportunity to sit down, on the laptop and start to blog about my whole week of CNY events.
I am not sure why. I'm feeling rather perspiring and tiring for this year's CNY blastful celebration. My time was so packed until I truly feel that I have less energy to accommodate myself with too many activities at a time. I believe I'm getting older and older.....
Well. My daily schedules went like this.

1st day of CNY09
As usual, my house will become into a night market, crammed with lots of relatives and faraway kins too! The situation was like this; dad has to add extra 2 table fans, youngsters had to sit on the staircase, too noisy until we can't hear what's on the TV.. It was quite terrible on that morning. It was quite different this year. We had a short and small gathering with friends. Friends whom we do not see so often. It was a very soothing night, with the CNY ambience surrounding us...

2nd day
Off we went to grandma’s house in Seremban. It is a usual CNY trip for us every year. We reached there almost in the evening as we started to drive a bit late this year. And it’s a norm, grandma cooked a lot of sumptuous dishes for us! We ate until we can feel our stomachs bloated.. =)
But I’m feeling so happy to be able to eat grandma’s dishes… They were delicious!!
rs and our little cousin...

3rd day
We came back to Kluang in the evening. It was almost 7 something when we reached. I and my sis planned to have McD’s prosperity burgers as our dinner. And dad agreed. After we bathed, off we sped to McD in town and bought the burgers so that we can eat at home along with the chatting and watching tv..

4th day
Raymond reached my house in the afternoon. This year he said must buy a hamper for my parents. I told him not to waste money. So he wrapped one himself! So cute of him.. So he ate granny’s home-cooked dishes as lunch. At night, he joined me and friends for our dinner a.k.a gathering. A lot of long-lost friends attended the gathering and I was feeling quite excited that time.. We had 3 rounds of gathering. First, during dinner. Secondly, we went to –Wu Er Bu Zuo-. Third, we went to Kak Esah mamak stall. These are some of the photos snapped during that day. ^^
5th day
Our whole family went to Kluang RailCoffee for our breakfast around 9am. We spent for about an hour there. A total of 8 people and dad looked very happy that day. He wore the new CNY shirt I bought for him. Yippie!!
I went to Raymond’s house in the afternoon. It’s a tradition that I go ‘bai nian’ with his parents~ This is a picture of his family on day1.
6th day
I am back in Kluang in the afternoon!! It’s the first time I rode a train from Segamat. I do no want to trouble Raymond for driving me back to Kluang and rush back to Segamat on the same day. It was tiring for him. So, I chosed to take a train. It was just around 1 and 15 minutes ride.. It’s quite a short journey..
Chinese New Year 2009Loads of fun. Full of memories.

what a day!!
Poor Raymond.
It's such an unfortunate day for him.
Some bad thieves broke into his car and stole quite a few things.
(his 2 new pairs of shoes, 3 pairs of sunglasses, 2 ambi purs, 1 pair of key and all the receipts and letters!)
Although it sounded still quite okay as the car wasn't badly scratched, but we feel puzzling about the stolen receipts. At first was quite panicking as something crossed our minds that maybe the thief wanted to know the home address and take opportunity to enter it someday.
But sooner after that, Raymond said perhaps the thieves wanted to save time by sweeping all the stuffs into bags without pondering what are they.
I agree to that, sounds quite reasonable.
Hopefully, our intuition is correct and the week during CNY, his house in Desa Petaling will be safe and sound. Praying hard...
Besides his car, there are also other 5 Kancils in the same areas were of the same condition. My coursemate's car happened to be one of 'em. Her textbooks and CNY things were all gone. Poor her~
Guys and gals, Kancil is so vulnerable these days. Don't leave any precious belongings in cars are much safer to avoid incurring heavy losses.

headache..
It's always easier said than done!
I am in a DILEMMA right now. *sob*
I have no idea on how to make the correct decision now.
The are 3 very urgent and important things needed to be done during CNY.
I have no idea how to arrange and allocate my time.
1) Bai Nian with friends 28th (it is a must for annual gathering with hometown friends)
2) Visit Raymond's parents 28th & 29th
(as I've promised aunt and uncle I'll be there)
3) Attend Scrabble tournament on 29th & 30th (juniors need my consultant that day)
These are the 3 most important things to do during CNY.
CNY ought to be a relaxing break.
Hopefully, I can come out with a solution which I can be able to do 'em all and let everyone feel my sincerity.

i miss 'em
Juniors have been looking up for me during the past few weeks' time. I'm now the advisor for them during this year's Scrabble event. They are the ones who will be the committee members holding the responsibilities and authorities for it this time.
Been talking and chatting with them. They have been updating what they had done the past weeks, but I could not be able to see the concrete things they ought to have completed by this week. The reason is that this event will be held on 29th and 30th of Feb, which means they only have 1 more week to get them settled and get ready for the tournament.
I'm feeling bits of worries for them. Lots of things needed to be done such as printing of tees, banners, scrabble sets, booklets etc.I'm indeed anxious~
Looking back to last year, which it was directed by me and a team of fun and friendly members; I wished to say out aloud - I missed all the times we had buried ourselves with loads of works and how we managed to complete every single problem. I truly miss it, although that was the time when we were so busy like hell. I still keep some photos with me. I couldn't bear to delete them as these were the memories for us, the best days we share ups and downs.

back to Wednesday..
We were so excited discussing an advertising plan for one of our business subjects, with all the funny and hillarious tv and print medias ads, when mingLi's boyfriend asked us whether we would like to go for a stroll at Cheras pasar malam.
I was quite agree with it and off we went to that night market around 9 something. I was quite excited actually as it was so long since I went there.
5 of us walked along in the crowded street, and we walked in real slow motion as it was really CROWDED with youngsters. It was the first time for 3 of them and so, they needed more time than us when they glanced at each stall, looking at the unique food and stuffs as well.
A friend bought the fried potatoes in a string and we ate and chatted as we sandwiched with others along the street. They even bought the snow-like ice in bowl, which I forgotten the name. It was special, though.
Me and my roommates managed to buy shorts, planning to wear them in our room.
When we were almost reaching the last phase of the night market, there came the rain. It was light, but we decided to head back to get the car around 12am.
It is our first experience going to Cheras pasar malam, sad to say, it is also most probably the last time to hang out at night market in Cheras. Hehe..
Hopefully, we still have the chance to go there again.
P/S: I'm kinda slow in updating my blog due to the weak wi-fi connection in hostel. So sad.. I will try hard to update whenever I manage to connect to the line successfully.
ShanNa: I was hoping to bump into u yesterday. Haha..

flashing back to 13th of January...
I attended a class on Tuesday, which the subject is called Communication for Employment Purposes. From this, we can roughly know that this subject teaches us how to smoothly search for jobs and which qualification comes more important than other criteria.
So, basically the lecturer taught us about self-assessment. This is to identify what personal attributes we have as in self-evaluation or better known as self-discovery. It is a fun subject, though. The topic needs us to find out our values, interests and goals etc.
They are relevant in seeking for suitable jobs in future.
Somehow, that still has not answer some questions about myself. I still have doubts as to what kind of individual I am.
Here are some of the questions brought into discussion earlier;
i) What strengths do you have?
ii) What do you expect to be in 10 years’ time?
iii) Which areas do you think you need improvement?
iv) Which field do you seek in jobs? (indoor, outdoor, service, office)

There are a lot more. I’m sure most of us are unsure which direction we truly wanna be in future. And I am sure the field we desire sometimes does not really be it in the future.

Well, as for me, I’m in a blurry situation where I still do not know what I want. So saddening, isn’t it? I guess there is a need that I should do more self-evaluation to realize which job suits me the most. If I’m given a chance, I would rather continue to study or perhaps go overseas and explore new stuffs rather than to stick to the permanent job after graduation.

So happy!!! So excited!!
I FINALLY can log into FACEBOOK!!!
I have been waiting for so long, praying hard, hoping that the wi-fi in hostel can ragain its 'consciousness' and enable me to log into my favourite webpage including blogspot.com.
It had been a tough time for me as whenever I tried to update my blog, the line turned weak.
Hopefully it won't be the same anymore, as the wi-fi gives me hope in this lovely morning!
Oh ya.. what I did the last weekend?
I watched movie AGAIN!! Besides the YES MAN! which I watched with my friends, a total of 11 of us who complimented it as a NICE one. Then, I and Raymond went for 'Cape No.7' a day after. And it turned out to be a simple+comedian+sentimental movie.
Guys, get the chance and watch it. I love the ideas of the movie. *keep it mum* Find out yourself!
I bought kinda lots of clothes on that Saturday. Well, all at RM25 each, which are sold at shops at Sg.Wang. Normally, I dislike going to that crowded shopping mall. But this time is exceptional. I have a special mission to do. *wink* LoL. *Shall tell you when I have the chance*

Let's relax just for this week, I told myself.
The assignments and presentations will not start so soon.
By the weeks after CNY, we will be bombarded by lots of things to do.
I watched dvds and dramas whenever I'm free every night.
I truly loved these days. Because everything will start to transform after we graduated.

No longer the free-er person we can think of.
No longer the same schdules which we can take a nap in the evening when we feel like to.
No longer the ones who have the energy to go out for supper as often as we can.
No longer the person called student.
I will definitely cherish the days we spent in the college or at the faculty.
This is how I feel these few days.
Looking forward to go for movies with friends today, in addition to a short video shooting at MV.

I feel good!
Ever since the lectures started on Monday, which was 2 days ago, although it seemed such an initial short period of time, but I truly enjoyed and am enjoying now.
I had one class on Monday, followed by 2 classes on Tuesday, 4 classes today and 1 class for tomorrow. These permanent schedules will start officially next week and last for the whole semester; my final semester. That means, I’m going to enjoy my long weekend starting from every Thursday evening until Sunday, including assignments and group discussions.
It has been nice for these 3 days as I’ve managed to hang out with friends for supper these three nights consecutively. On Monday night, my roommate said she was hungry and both of us and a neighbour next door walked to the nearby mamak stall at 6th college for supper. We ate and chatted for 1 and a half hour before walking back to hostel. Talked a lot about our course, Business Admin and learnt a lot from this neighbour, as she’s a very excellent student, who is able to maintain cgpa above 3.75 every semester. She’s a very nice coursemate and got along well with her only since last semester.
Tuesday night was almost the same, too. A coursemate a.k.a collegemate planned for a supper feast and asked for all of the Biz students in this hostel to join. A total 15 of us, went out in 3 cars. It is a rare opportunity for us to hang out together in a large group (usually in own gang respectively) as we approached final year, most of us tend to be choosing different majoring. Some are in finance field, some in marketing just like me. It’s always tough to meet each other in the same lecture in the 3rd year. That’s why, since it’s the starting of the semester, all of us are not yet tied up with assignments or presentations, so we were able to go for the supper yesterday.
I loved the laughters and it was fun especially when we are so fond of teasing each other bits by bits without offends.
Wednesday night was somehow a bit dissimilar from the previous ones, as we went out for supper with the purpose of discussing and sort of letting juniors to exhange the difficulties faced in the coming projects. Some kind of giving advices to them, as I had at least some experiences during my second year.
Time flies just like a flashlight. I still remember the days when we entered UM, we were just like purely innocent kids and it was just like the very starting of the next stage in life. And now, we are going to take another step further and perhaps, to join the workforce in a few months’ time.
I will definitely miss ‘em and everything here.

Sorry everyone. I know I’ve been abandoning my blog for almost a week. I wished to update, but the situation doesn’t allow me to, due to certain unavoidable reasons.

It’s a brand new year. It’s a brand new day for me.
First of all, HAPPY BELATED NEW YEAR 2009!!!!!!
Everyone used to ask what are our new year resolutions. And that has become trademark when we are approaching a new year. What’s mine? I’m not sooo sure about it.
I just know that it is my last semester in campus life except that I plan to continue doing Master after that. No extraordinary feelings, actually. (Not too sad nor too excited.)
I told myself that new year, everything will start anew. Let the bygones be bygones. Let those sadness dumped into the trash, vanished forever. Let those happy events stayed close to us. Transform the pressure into motivation and proceed 2009 with full of anticipation. I dare not demand for too much either.
2009 does not mean too much to many out there especially when the global recession is so happening and making many people losing jobs and the means in lives. I truly hope everyone will face it with strength. Life has to go one, isn’t it?

It’s a brand new week of a new semester, which is also the last semester for me. I’m going to pay extra concern to everything and everyone around me. I want to etch each of them in my mind. I want to pen down each of these in my blog. I want to make sure I remember them because they are few of the meaningful stages in my life.

CNY is approaching. Red colour has become the primary colour to each shopping mall’s decorations. CNY songs with *tong-tong chhiaanng* are being played in most of the malls. Sales and sales of 50%-70% are hanged in almost every shop. But I doesn’t seem to be attracted to them. This also tells me that CNY is the day of gathering among the loved ones. Having new year clothes or not, giving out big angpaus, are not very important already. As long as everyone are healthy, the world is in harmony, each and everyone gets along well, it means more than receiving concrete presents.

I’m missing home…. Looking forward to go back and see everyone, including my loving friends…!!!
