Today's topic is about pasar malam.. Wat is pasar malam actually? Juz reverse it and name it in english.. It's called Night Market.. the market which operates only at night~ LoL..
How come i will mention about this? Juz mainly bcoz i went to PM juz now wif mum.
I've lots to say about it actually.. It isnt my first time going there, please~ But, bcoz i've been visiting countless times, i've seen more n more everytime going there..
First thing i've spotted and wanna comment is *cleanliness*.. Phew~.. I know, it's hard to maintain 100% cleanliness & hygenic level.. However, at times when i look at the food they're selling, indeed they are delicious & attractive. But, NOT with the flies all over.. surrounding the food they're going to sell. My first reaction was to avoid n get away from those irritating flies. At the same time, i sympathize with the innocent sellers. The flies simply destroy the nice-looking, eye-capturing food, pulling me from buying them. Hm.. Avoidable circumstances.. No choice..
The next thing i noticed was the way they managed N cooked the food~ This time is their own actions.. they cant blame anything or anyone. Hm, the cleanliness level is juz about 60% perhaps! Slightly above the mid-level.. How come? Bcoz they dun even mind to have their own rubbish bin ( they can choose to have a big, black plastic bag ) to throw the wastes.. And with their hands so dirty, touching here n there.. still, they could use the same 10 fingers to hold the food again. Hm.. No No No.. i detest these type of food management.. Haha.. I'll juz deduct marks from the spot n also remind myself to be cautious everytime i buy food anywhere. Unless if they din let me see that, perhaps i might still be one of their customers. *truthfully humanly speaking*
No matter how far i wanted to comment about it.. still, the main point is still related to cleanliness... One muz adopt proper hygiene.. If not, business will be lagging & no use operating without customers..
