think a lot..
Suddenly have the urge to write sumting here. After watching dat singapore drama.. it triggers me to write..Women, ladies, gals~ in short, females like to think a LOT~ We tend to make little fuss over a very small matter. And, dats women.. Yeah, one who can have a baby.. dats a fortunate thing! But, when there are too much trouble over taking care n spending a lot on the child, she tends to feel dats so problematic. On the other hand, when husband has low sperm counts, or infertile.. one gets so upset bcoz she doesnt get to have a baby of her own. Hm.. really a double-sided thinking. Once, there's someone told me.. a woman is too emotional & tends to think more compared to man. He took a simple example to make it a connection. - females.. lurve to bring bags along wif them wherever they go. There are a lot of things inside the bags, such as combs, lipsticks, make-up sets, coin purses, hair accessories & etc. - they feel safer bringing along in case, they need it~ - all these purposes of bringing along are related wif our -thinking-a-lot- attitude. Still remember, I asked W-H-Y?.. Then, the answer i got was.. -women think too much already! They are afraid of this & that.. Well, come to think of it.. i, myself as a female, that's a norm.. perhaps! Im that kinda person.. will eventually think more that usual.. At times, that's good. At other time, dats not really good for health. Will cause us to get old faster den the actual day.. Haha. No matter how convincing the fact is, i will still be myself. When it's time to think a lot, i will do it without hesitating. The more we think, the more we pushes our brain to work, dont that seem better?.. Yeah... still beating about the bush. And, dats female.. *think a lot* In addition.. here's a health info - the feel-good food.. * scramble up a smile means eating eggs can boost positivity. They improve concentration & help to stabilise moods! * yellow bananas are also great for mood too!! They are rich in tryptophan which turns into serotonin(a mood booster) when it is absorbed by the brain~ could help to cheer up one's mood.. Yeah.. here 2 real healthy food to make us feel much better each day!! Have them regularly to avoid having bad moods ya.. hehe.. =) They're reliable info!! |
